Abortion as an Initiation

The abortion process as a healing journey

Abortion is a medical procedure, but we also believe abortion is a ceremony, a ritual, and a metaphysical portal for growth and personal transformation. Abortion is a lived part of the reproductive lives of humanity, a collective and ancient one. Self-Guided Abortion encompasses the psycho-spiritual-emotional aspects of your abortion process to help you to heal yourself. We have chosen and created these trauma-informed activities, journaling prompts, and guided meditations based on the research of abortion care professionals, psychologists, neuroscientists, and childbirth experts. We believe in the power of self-healing, self-managing, and self-reliance.
